01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

Diners have described the pad Thai as a satisfying mix of springy noodles and crisp bean sprouts and greens. One visitor squeezed lemon over the noodles, adding a bright twist as they ate. At another lunch, gapao rice came with salad, soup and dessert, and drinks were available for self-service. Some diners found the food mild; those who wanted more heat added condiments from the table.

For a taste of dishes from Isan, the menu also includes pad mee Korat, larb and som tam. One diner remembered pad mee Korat for its simple seasoning and well-balanced heat, making it an option for anyone keen to compare noodle dishes. One order of yum woon sen combined glass noodles with vegetables, prawns, minced meat and herbs; it was described as sweet and sour with a spicy kick.

In the evening, small plates such as gai yang and tod man pla can be enjoyed with beer. The menu also lists set courses combining dishes such as yum woon sen and fried spring rolls with chicken or pork gapao stir-fry.
